I think the concept for this one is neat but it needs more time in the oven. Every action just feels too disconnected from its effects. upgrading each facility doesnt seem to do anything beyond just increase its number. driving from one side of the map can take upwards of ~2-3 days but it all just boils down to - click destination -> click depart -> click drive -> click the far right side of the slider -> hit sleep -> repeat until arrived. the numbers also don't feel as tuned in as they should. by default the base driving speed is just slow enough that you miss getting to the closest facilities in a single day, meaning you have to stop to sleep one hour short of arriving. the base inventory is slightly too small to reach the first upgrade of a facility in one go so you have to backtrack and run into having to just miss reaching where you wanted to go by a single hour again.
while I like the dynamic belly sizing, the pregnancy system is kind of non consequential to the rest of the game. I'm pretty sure you can beat the whole game without even getting pregnant. there don't seem to be any rewards for pregnancy and you also don't have any input or control over it. it just gets larger each time you get pregnant.
This game could benefit from moving to a real time system over the hourly system it currently has imo. being able to actually watch as your rover crosses the terrain, see the dynamic lighting shift, watch the belly get bigger. it would help a lot with things feeling very... click menu button and watch number change. also increasing the amount of time available to do things in a day (what is she doing the other 15 hours of the day???).
oh yeah btw if you are playing: you have to spend a certain amount of time working at each facility before talking to the person there to get an upgrade (work even more and you unlock the ability to "spend the night" with them which just functions like the IVF option).
