I wasn't expecting something like this game showing up this time around! I actually already follow UsagiSentai so seeing this pop up was a nice surprise. Word about the jam made it to japan this year I guess.
From what I know about the artist, this is pretty much a classic setup for them. MC mysteriously gets pregnant and we watch over the months as she realizes then blows up with a large amount of babies and then possibly going overdue. The art is good, but is really only limited to the standing CG of the main character.
Gameplay is pretty clunky tbh. the main loop is based on serving customers in the MC's cafe while draining your milk before it starts overflowing and then serving the milk you collect. Basically a lite version of the Hazumi cafe minigame. There are a few problems with it though. as time goes on your movement speed drops and it seemingly messes with how RPG Maker interprets input because sometimes i had to spam interaction to actually talk to a customer. The customers also never change their order, so you can just memorize who wants what based on where they sit. I kinda like that in concept; its as if you are getting to know regular's orders. but in practice it just turns every time into a routine. maybe if each customer could pull from their own little pool of orders or something.
There is an overdue ending but i'm not exactly sure what the exact conditions on triggering it are. I did two quick runs through the game but got the normal ending both times so i just went back and set some flags with an RPG Maker cheat engine to get the second ending.
The biggest flaw of this game would be solved if i was just better at speaking japanese. The whole thing (including the itch page) is machine translated into english from japanese and you can really tell. they do provide a download in the original language but my japanese just is not to the point that playing that version gives me a better understanding than the MTL version.
