I enjoyed this one quite a bit honestly. it kind of reminds me of ftl? but without combat and playing as a crewmate instead of commanding them. i think a game like this could make for a very fun multiplayer experience.

Its overwhelming at first, especially since there is no tutorial (as it says on the itch page) but you can't access the in game guides unless you are on the main menu. and you cant return to the menu without restarting the game. so, uh, be mindful of that. i only did one playthrough on easy but my advice would be to get your material chain going, especially the scanner at first. everything you make is reliant on having materials and it is totally possible to get several resource targets back to back that arent giving you what you need so minimizing the downtime between them is important. focus on upgrade packs as they are your main form of progression, everything else is just maintenance. (probably get an upgrade into the engine and reactor pretty quick as well just to make sure.)

conceptually i like the preg content but there isnt that much to it beyond the standing cg and the dialogue Sophie says when progression to the next stage. the first cg is cute but the belly is a little disappointing to me since theres no popped belly button and each stage basically just scales up the previous one.
